Product Introduction

The KS Fit app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store .

To register for the app, download the KS Fit app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Before starting the registration process, change your country/region in the app settings. Registration using a phone number is only available for users in China. Customers outside of China must register with their email address.

After purchasing the product with Kinomap included, your 12-month subscription code will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order. Please check your inbox; it may also be in your spam folder. For instructions on redeeming your subscription code, please refer to this tutorial .

If you haven't received the email, please contact customer service and we'll resend it.

You can use purified or distilled water. Purified water generally lasts longer; with the addition of a water-bluing agent, it can remain clear for up to six months. We recommend changing the water every 4–6 months, replacing only one-third of the reservoir each time.
The rowing machine tank includes water level markings; please do not exceed them.

Our machines are made from high-quality rubberwood. The heartwood is naturally darker, resulting in color variations between different sections. This is a typical characteristic of rubberwood and does not affect its quality; it is part of the material's natural charm.

Repairs

Please carefully review the instruction manual. If any accessories are missing, take a photo and email it to our customer service team. We will resend the necessary parts as soon as possible.
